Renee’s journey to a healthier lifestyle started over 15 years ago. After having two boys & a busy life, she felt the need for change & food was the first focus. She has been mostly vegetarian with periods of veganism ever since. She also incorporated yoga into her life. She enjoys many different styles of yoga from a more athletic heated power vinyasa to the more stillness-based practice of Yin. She has been teaching yoga for over 6 years and truly loves watching her students grow in the practice.
Renee understands that caring about what you put into your body is just as important as physical activity & mindfulness. Healthy food, physical activity & daily mindfulness practices help her stay active with her husband & two boys. When not in the yoga studio, Renee & her family love being outdoors, in the woods & on the water.
