How does it work? 

I take an integrative approach to my coaching, meaning we will take a look at not only what you put into your body nutritionally, but also what other hidden barriers could be preventing you from reaching your goals. Health, Wellness and Longevity Coaching deals with issues related to your body, overall health, and general well-being. Sessions will address fitness, nutrition, stress management, weight, and other health-related issues, while the main focus is making lifestyle changes, not providing a quick fix.

We will meet once a week either in person or by Phone / Skype.  

2x / month, 50 min : $170 ($20 savings over single sessions)
Weekly (4), 50 min: $325 ($55 savings over single sessions)

*Session by session or single check-ins: $95.00

  • Navigate the grocery store aisles with confidence by learning to read labels and experiment with new foods.
